As a resident of Barrie, with over 13 years in the community, I bring a unique blend of local expertise and diverse professional experience to the real estate industry. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 7 years as the General Sales Manager at a local OEM car dealership, where I honed my skills in leadership, negotiation, and customer relations.  Prior to this, my previous career as a business owner—running my own retail business for 8 years after graduating University—gave me invaluable insight into the inner workings of running a business, handling customer needs, and negotiating successful deals

Additionally, I grew up in a family land development business, where I played an active role in developing four subdivisions consisting of over 120 lots. This early experience gave me a deep understanding of land, construction, and residential properties, fueling my passion for real estate and providing me with a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process and what makes a property truly valuable.
